Well, I promised I'd give a further explanation about how Raider goes from being a scrawny little dragonbot to bulky huge dragonbot once I finished redrawing/coloring this, so...

Basically, there are three ways he exists in this form. @.@ In Cybertron fanfic land, he just kinda "grows" into it as his rivalry with Scourge drags on. In one of the two RP's I'm in, he's born into this form from the getgo, and... in the third (the one I'mma explain...), it's a freak accident.

So one day, late in Raider's teenage-hood, he heads over to the medbay to get some medicine for his younger brother, who's a little ill. As he rummages through cabinets without Red Alert's consent or supervision, he happens across a cube of strange, blue Super Energon that Red and Aurora were GOING to run some tests on to figure out its properties. But Raider doesn't know that, right? Feeling peckish, he downs the cube without paying it any mind, moments before Red comes up behind him and demands to know what he's doing (Windy later yells at him saying "Damnit! You KNOW better to trust the kinds of stuff that Red keeps in his lab!")... Not knowing that he'd eaten his cube of Super Energon, Reddy gives him the medicine he'd originally came for and shoos him out.

Fast Forward to the next morning, when Wheeljack taps on Raider's door and tells him that he has some tech duty. Raid's not feeling well, as if he's having difficulty breathing and he's sore all over... 'Jack walks in to check on him to make sure he's alright, and Raider sits up, telling him he can't breathe... The young mech forces in a full oxygen filter full of air, and as a result his chest armor cracks and snaps off. Wheeljack yells in surprise and Windy rushes in, and the two both watch in horror as Raider has an UBER growth spurt. They manage to call Red in halfway through and he figures out it's a reaction to the Super Energon, and that there's nothing he can do to stop or reverse it. His smaller armor keeps cracking and flying off (a shard nails 'Racer upside the head and nearly knocks the gal out cold. xD), and he doesn't stop growing until he's about twice his height and triple his original mass...

Then there's a scene where an armorless Raider has to get from his sleeping quarters to the medbay with his dignity (what little the poor kid's got left...) in tact, he gets rearmored, and gets to kinda surprise his parents who were waiting outside the Medbay for him (I'd picture being fitted for external armor as more of a "personal" deal...)...

There's actually one little mini scene where Raider's examining his new body and he goes "DUDE! Look at these GUNS! *flexes arms*" all cheesy-like and... well yeah. that's what this is. xD Windy's all OoO; and 'Jack's all .0. and Red's all ^o^; with Raider like =^0^=! ... Yeah.

I added Wheeljack and Red Alert in on the fly, with NO REFERENCES TO RED. x___x; now that I'm looking at a screencap I botched some of it up but... oh well. He's a chibi. It dun have to be detailed. xD I also toyed around with the size difference 'tween Raider and the others, making him a bigger chibi to show his... non-smallness. .0.; And I tried to fix his macho arm-flexing pose... which is a little more decent now. xD
